Sandy Cadets Seasonal Bag Packing

Air Cadets from 22 (Sandy) Squadron recently undertook three day of bag packing at their local Budgens supermarket in Sandy, raising £880.39 for the squadron.

The cadets and staff were at Budgens from the 22nd till 24th December, helping customers to pack their shopping bags in order to raise much needed funds for the squadron, and raising awareness about the Air Cadets, and the activities undertaken over the last year.

Cadet Corporal William Clubb (16) said “A lot of people were really pleased to have their bags packed for them, and many were really generous”.

Many thanks to the kind generosity of all who supported the squadron with their donations, and to Budgens for their on-going support. The funds will go towards funding much needed training equipment, and providing activities in 2013.
