Sports Trials

Congratulations go to Cadet Sergeant Kim Coates (17) and Cadet Corporal James Day (17) for being selected to represent Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire wing in the inter wing sports competitions.

James Day was selected to be in the wing senior rugby, and Kim Coates, the wing netball team. Both were selected for the teams after attend the wing trials at RAF Brampton on Sunday 5th September. They will now both go on to play for their wing in October at RAF Cranwell.

Kim Coates has also recently attended a camp at Llanbedr in Wales, along with Cadet Haydn Rout (15), taking part in activities such as mountaineering, climbing, abseiling and orienteering.

Kim Coates said “I’ve had a great week in Wales, and to top it off by being selected for the wing netball team was a real honour”.
