Easter Bag Packing

Bag PackingOn Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd April, cadets and staff from 22 (Sandy) Squadron spent two day packing bags at their local Budgens supermarket, raising a total of £902 for squadron funds.

The cadets worked tirelessly over the two days, assisting customers at the store to pack their bag in order to raise much need squadron funds, and to showcase the squadron to the public.

Adult Flight Sergeant Paul Redman commented “The cadets have done a great job over the two days, and it’s great to see the public support for the cadets. With the money raised we can now get some camping equipment for the cadets to use”.

Many thanks go to Budgens in Sandy for supporting the cadets, and to the kind generosity of the public for their much appreciated donations. The much need funds will go a long way to funding the equipment for the many activities the squadron have planned for the year.
